Grants and Agreements Technician

Rita S. Howard has been the Grants and Agreements Technician for the California Landscape Conservation Cooperative (CA LCC) since August 2011.  Her primary duties include administration of the Cooperative Agreements with CA LCC partners, logistical and administrative support to both the CA LCC and the Refuges Inventory and Monitoring Program, maintain supply/inventory and the travel program.  Rita holds a bachelor of administration degree from Grantham University, she spent 28 years in the US Army and loves animals and wildlife.
